Chris Engel

Fourth Ward Councilman, Chris Engel, who is currently serving his first term on City Council. As a council member, Chris serves as Chairman of the Streets and Sidewalk Committee, member of the Building and Lands, Finance, and Sewer Committees.

Chris is a member of the Defiance Elks Club and at Zion Lutheran Church. Chris enjoys watching Basketball, Softball, and Baseball. Chris has Umpired ASA Softball for over 36 years.

Chris Graduated from Ayersville High School, had classes of Business Management and Accounting at Northwest State Community College.

Chris has been selling automobiles for 33 years. Chris is employed at Snyder Auto Group in Napoleon.

Chris resides in Defiance with his Wife Marcia. Chris has a Daughter Stacie Johnson.
