Making Defiance More User Friendly
In an effort to streamline customer service and establish better communications with the public and city offices, the Administration has made available a Project Tracking Database available through the City's website. This is not only an informational tool for the public's use but also an interactive database allowing the city offices and contractors to keep track of daily project events.

What is Project Tracking?
Project Tracking is a database which documents the activities of the projects that the City of Defiance Engineering Division is currently involved in. Eventually information will be entered for not only the public to view but for internal employees and contractors. At the present time, the public view is the only part of the database being used. The other sections are not ready for use.

Public View
The public can enter the database to review the status of projects that may be of interest to them. Citizens can enter into this section of the website without a password. A project satisfaction survey is available for citizens to fill out and submit.
