Focus ViolationThe Focus Violation: Child Safety Seats and Seatbelts (Ordinance Sect: 337.26, 337.27) Properly buckling-up can reduce injuries or even save your life if involved in an accident. The corresponding City Ordinances are: Child Restraint Usage System and Drivers/Passengers Required to Wear Seatbelts. Children less than 4 years of age or less than 40 lbs. must be properly secured in a Child Safety Seat. The vehicle operator and front seat passenger are required to properly wear all elements of the restraining device. Increase the safety of your friends and loved ones. Please buckle up.
