Non-Domestic Questionnaire (BMR)

Federal pretreatment regulations require the City to identify and evaluate the quantity and quality of our non-domestic wastewater as well as the pollutants contributed by our non-domestic users. Section 925.06(a)&(b) of the City’s Sewer Use Code provides for a questionnaire BMR Questionnaire to be completed by non-domestic sewer users to gather this data. BMR Questionnaire Instructions are also provided to assist the sewer user in completing the BMR questionnaire. We have also developed a “BMR – Short Form” to assist in the evaluation of non-domestic wastewater discharge requests. This form serves as an alternative to the long form BMR for routine discharge requests and in come instances may be all that is required.
