Northeast Pump Station

Located at the intersection of East River Drive and Carpenter Road, the Northeast Pumping Station receives wastewater from the Maywinn Drive and the Carpenter Road area. The pumping station, built in 1956, contains two submersible pumps. The pumping station has a design capacity of 0.42 mgd, and a peak capacity of 0.84 mgd. The wastewater is pumped into a 10‑inch force main which discharges into the eastern end of the Northwest Interceptor Sewer at the corner of Maywinn Drive and East River Drive.
